Delivery Timelines

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time (Transit): 4–6 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Every order includes real-time tracking. After your package has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

Duties and Taxes

For customers within the United States, the amount displayed during checkout is the final amount you pay. Qevix covers all standard shipping costs, and there are no additional duties or taxes payable upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Although we work with trusted shipping carriers, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
