6. Billing Verification

To help prevent fraudulent transactions, please ensure that your billing information exactly matches the details held by your payment provider. Orders identified by our automated fraud detection systems may be temporarily delayed or cancelled to help protect the security of the cardholder.

7. Refunds

All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Refund & Return Policy. Once a refund has been approved, it will be completed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
